Cargo Service

Cargo services department is a sub unit of Commercial division which under take the task of screening, loading, unloading, accepting, storing, transporting, reconciling, collecting payments, delivering of all import and export cargo from all flights arriving and departing from Kadhdhoo Airport.

We offer a wide range of Special services and solutions.

• Console cargo departure:
Upon the arrival of console cargo to the cargo office, the packaging of the cargo and the weight will be checked. Information such as the flight number and the route on which the cargo will be travelling will be informed to the customer while issuance of house airway bill. Before loading to the aircraft, all the cargos will be screened for security reasons.
• Console cargo arrival:
The consignee of received cargo will be informed within 01 hour of arrival and any delivery shipments arrived before 1900hrs will be delivered to customer’s door step within 03 hours. Delivery shipments arrived after 1900hrs will be delivered to customer’s door step before 1000hrs next day.
• Normal cargo departure:
For any departing normal cargo an advance booking should be made. Upon the arrival of the normal cargo to the cargo office, the packaging of the cargo and weight will be checked. The cargo will also be screened for security reasons on the spot.
• Normal cargo arrival:
The consignee of the received normal cargo will be informed within 01 hour of arrival.
